At Titlee, each bag is carefully handmade with love and attention. Because of the nature of our artisanal products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns
- All sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned. However, we understand there can be defected or damaged pieces and read further for it.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
- To raise a damage claim, you are required to share a clear unboxing video showing the unopened parcel and the damage upon opening. Images may also be requested by our team for verification.
- Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be accepted.
3. Verification Process
- Once you share the required video and/or images, our team will carefully check and verify the claim.
- If your claim is approved, you will receive a store credit equal to the amount you spent on the damaged item.
4. Credit & Exchanges
- Store credit can be used for another purchase or exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
- The validity and conditions of the credit will be shared with you via email once your claim is approved.
- No cash refunds are available. Credit is applicable only for damaged or defective pieces verified by our team.
